Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Gerald Edelman Business Recovery, Kent House, Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PP, on Tuesday 22 March 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes mentioned in section 106 of the said Act. A form of proxy for use at either Meeting which, if intended to be used, must be completed and returned to the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 21 March 2005.
