At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fortune Peat, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ, on 4 February 2005, the subjoined Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company, being able to pay its debts in full together with interest at the official rate within a period of 12 months, be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas James Peat of Fortune Peat, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
