THE OFFSHORE COMBUSTION INSTALLATIONS (PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF POLLUTION) REGULATIONS 2001
In accordance with the requirements of the Offshore Combustion Installations (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Regulations 2001, Apache North Sea Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for a permit to operate a combustion installation at the Forties Alpha field. As required under regulation 7(1), copies of the application may be obtained on request either by e-mail (environmentalmanagementteam @dti.gsi.gov.uk), telephone (01224 254054), by fax (01224 254019), or in writing to the address below.
