ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A650 TRUNK ROAD (BINGLEY ROAD/HIRST LANE, SHIPLEY) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS)

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order under sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A650 Trunk Road in the district of Bradford in the county of West Yorkshire, which comes into force on Friday 18 February 2005. The effect of the Order is as described in issue No 57313 of The London Gazette dated 10 June 2004 (Ref 552). A copy of the Order and the relevant Plan have been deposited at Shipley Town Hall, Kirkgate, Shipley, Bradford BD18 3EJ, and at the offices of the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Department of Transportation, Design and Planning, Errington House, 15 Micklethwaite Lane, Crossflatts, Bingley BD16 2AY, where they may be inspected during normal opening hours. The documents may also be seen at, or obtained by application from, the office of the Director, Traffic Operations (North), The Highways Agency, PO Box 206, 8th Floor West, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting Ref No HA 41/7/153. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the above Act, or any requirement of the above Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with, may apply to the High Court before Friday 1 April 2005, to suspend or quash the Order or any part of it.
