HALE HAMILTON (VALVES) LIMITED RETIREMENT & DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of the Hale Hamilton (Valves) Limited Retirement & Death Benefit Scheme (“the Scheme”) that the final salary liabilities are to be transferred to The Legal & General Assurance Society Limited. It is believed that all members of the Scheme and their final salary benefits under it have been identified. If you were a member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to final salary benefits from it and you were not contacted by the Trustees in November 2004, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Philip Hunter, at Hale Hamilton (Valves) Limited, Cowley Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 2AF, so as to reach that address on or before 21 April 2005. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the final salary benefits under the Scheme. 8 February 2005.
