Notice is hereby given that, at Meetings of Creditors and Members of the above Companies held on 28 January 2005, the Joint Administrators’/Joint Liquidators’ proposals for Company voluntary arrangements under Part I of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) for each of the above-named Companies were approved without modification. Detailed reports on the result of the Meetings of each of the Companies were filed with the High Court on 31 January 2005.
The Company voluntary arrangements provide that all claims against a Company must be lodged prior to the claims date. The claims date in respect of each Company voluntary arrangement is expected to fall 45 days from 31 January 2005, that is on 18 March 2005. Any person who considers that they have a claim against any one or more of the above-named Companies who has not submitted a notice of claim should do so immediately. Should you require a copy of the notice of claim form, it can be downloaded from the TXU website: www.txuinfo.co.uk or obtained from the Joint Administrators/Joint Liquidators from the addresses below.
Unless a Creditor is able to demonstrate exceptional circumstances, no distribution will be paid in respect of claims lodged after the claims date.
