NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 116 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 FOR THE STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY

Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Woking Magistrates Court sitting at The Court House, Station Approach, Woking, Surrey GU22 7YL, on Monday 14 March 2005, at 12.00 noon, for an Order that the area of highway verge described in the Schedule hereto shall be stopped up on the grounds that the same is unnecessary as highway. The drawing number 11640 referred to in the Schedule may be inspected, free of charge, at Woking Library, Gloucester Walk, Woking, Surrey GU21 6EP A Charlton, Head of Legal Services Surrey County Council, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2DN.
