THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (GOODS VEHICLE LOADING BAY) (NO 1) ORDER 2005
JERMYN STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council on 9 February 2005, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to designate a goods vehicle loading bay on the south-east side of Jermyn Street (outside Tesco and north-east of No 113), at which goods vehicles may wait for a maximum period of one hour without charge between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.
3. The Order, which will come into force on 14 February 2005, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, 209-215 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL, until 23 March 2005.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 23 March 2005.
