THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200
LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to provide a kerb-side solo motorcycle parking area with a width of 800 millimetres in Carey Street on the south-west side near its junction with Portugal Street. 3. These proposals supersede those consulted upon in February 2003, in respect of Portugal Street where motorcyle parking on the north-west side outside the Royal College of Surgeons was proposed. 4. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, 209-215 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decide not to make the Order. 5. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Council’s agents Mouchel Parkman, on 020-7803 2636. 6. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, 209-215 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL, quoting Ref 259161/WES1636/ORD3209/djc, until the expiration of a period 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
