PROPERTIES WITHIN THE BRONDESBURY, BUCK LANE, HOMESTEAD PARK, KENSAL GREEN, KILBURN, NORTHWICK CIRCLE, ST ANDREWS, SUDBURY COTTAGES, AND WEMBLEY HIGH STREET CONSERVATION AREAS ALL IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
DIRECTIONS MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(2)

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Brent has directed under the powers conferred on it by Article 4(2) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, that the permission granted by Article 3 of the said Order should not apply in respect of those works listed in Schedule 1 in respect of properties within the Brondesbury, Buck Lane, Homestead Park, Kensal Green, Kilburn, Northwick Circle, St Andrews, Sudbury Cottages, and Wembley High Street Conservation Areas listed in Schedule 2 below.
Any person wanting to make a representation with respect to the Article 4(2) Direction or requiring further clarification should contact Edward Jarvis, Design and Conservation Officer by 18 March 2005. Schedule 1
The following development being within Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995

The erection, alteration or removal of a chimney on a dwelling house or on a building within the curtilage of a dwelling house.

The following development being within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A to that Order

The enlargement, improvement or other alteration of a dwelling house where any part of the enlargement, improvement or alteration would front a relevant location.

Alteration to a roof slope that fronts a relevant location.
