THE WANDSWORTH (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO 2) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005
ONE WAY TRAFFIC IN MINSTEAD GARDENS AND SWANWICK CLOSE, NO ENTRY AT THE JUNCTION OF SWANWICK CLOSE WITH CHADWICK CLOSE, LONDON SW15

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 8 February 2005, made the above Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to consolidate the effects of the Wandsworth (Prescribed Routes) (No 8) Traffic Order 1987, in relation to the movements described:

(a) one way traffic for vehicles in Minstead Gardens from its junction with Danebury Avenue towards its junction with Swanwick Close;
(b) one way traffic for vehicles in Swanwick Close from its junction with Minstead Gardens towards its junction with Chadwick Close;
(c) no entry for vehicles travelling in Chadwick Close or in the length of Swanwick Close north-east of its junction with Chadwick Close into the length of Swanwick Close south-west of that junction.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 February 2005, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made in The Concourse, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
