THE WANDSWORTH (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREAS) (AMENDMENT NO 177) ORDER 2005
WAITING RESTRICTIONS AT THE JUNCTION OF AUGUSTUS ROAD AND INNER PARK ROAD, LONDON SW19, IN ROEHAMPTON HIGH STREET, LONDON SW15 AND IN SMUGGLERS WAY, LONDON SW18

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 8 February 2005, made the above Order under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to:

(i) introduce waiting restrictions at the junction of Augustus Road and Inner Park Road to operate at any time;
(ii) amend the waiting restrictions on both sides of Roehampton High Street between the limit of the red route and the Angel Public House to operate at any time; and
(iii) amend the waiting and loading restrictions on the north side of Smugglers Way to operate 7.00 am to 7.00 pm every day except for lengths of those restrictions adjacent to Waterside Path and opposite the Holiday Inn which will operate at any time.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 February 2005, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made in The Concourse, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
