NORSTAR BIOMAGNETICS INTERNATIONAL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that an initial Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Travelodge Chieveley, Moto Service Area, Oxford Road, Chieveley, Newbury, Berkshire RG18 9XX on 21 February 2005, at 11.30 am, to consider the Administrator’s proposals under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee. A proxy form should be completed and sent to me at Houghton Stone, The Conifers, Filton Road, Hambrook, Bristol BS16 1QG, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meeting stated above.
