NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Simon Grey, Llanmoor Development Co. Ltd, 63 Talbot Road, Pontyclun RCT CF72 8AE, for consent to discharge 40 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent in an emergency to the tributary of the River Rhymney at National Grid Ref SO 15800 88200, from Heol Bro Wen, Virginia Park, Caerphilly. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 23 March 2005, quoting Ref SE/CUST/MS/AN0381701.
