DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (Revocation) Order 2005. This Order revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) Order 2001 placed on the fish pond at 50 Hilton Road, Ipswich, Suffolk. The Order came into force on 3 February 2005. Copies of the Order are available, free of charge, from Fisheries Division, Room 110, Whitehall Place East, London SW1A 2HH. Authorised by the Secretary of State
