SEWARD STAFF RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Seward Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) which is in the process of being wound up by the Trustees, are hereby required to send written particulars of their claim to Mr R Evans, at Walker Morris Trustees Limited, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HL, on or before 11 April 2005. Beneficiaries may have worked for Ryedale Farm Systems Limited (formerly known as Seward Agricultural Machinery Limited). Notice is hereby also given that after the expiry date of this notice, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to such claims of which they shall have then have had notice, and that they will not be responsible for assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person whose claim shall not have then had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Walker Morris Trustees Limited.
