A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business is at No 1 Mitre Buildings, The High, Harlow, Essex CM20 1DR, presented on 11 January 2005 by Lee Davies & Co, acting by the Supervisor of its Partnership’s Voluntary Arrangement pursuant to section 7(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, as modified by Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Insolvency Partnerships Order 1994, Jamie Taylor, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 16 February 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 15 February 2005.
