NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Eggborough Power Ltd of Eggborough Power Station, Eggborough, Goole, is applying to the Environment Agency to abstract water from boreholes in the Triassic Sandstone at National Grid Ref SE 5667 2349 and SE 5748 2479 at Eggborough Power Station.
A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Eggborough Power Station between 8 February 2005 and 11 March 2005.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, North East Region, Ridings Area, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, before the end of the said period.
