APPLICATION FOR AN ORDER AUTHORISING THE STOPPING-UP OF ALLEYWAY IN THE MOSTON LANE EAST AREA, MOSTON

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Manchester, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, Crown Square, Manchester on Thursday 17 March 2005, at 2.00 pm, for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, authorising the stopping-up of the highway specified in the Schedule hereto on the grounds that it is unnecessary. A plan showing the said highway may be inspected, without payment at my office Room 601 between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays. Any person who would be aggrieved by the making of the said Order may appear before the Court and make objections or representations thereto. Any person intending to attend the hearing of the application is requested to inform me, quoting Ref L/AJB/HSG2010/694 before the date of the hearing of their intention to appear.
