In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 7736 of 2004 In the Matter of AVCO LIMITED (Company No 081118C) (a Company registered in the Isle of Man) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EP, presented on 16 December 2004 by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue of Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LB, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 16 February 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 15 February 2005.
