In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division)  No 7984 of 2004 In the Matter of TAI SING TAKEAWAY (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Tai Sing Takeaway (a Partnership), having its principal place of business at 5 Station Approach, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 2NG, presented on 31 December 2004 by HM Commissioners of Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor NW, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice, at Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 16 February 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
