In the Matter of P & S LEIGH HAULAGE CONTRACTS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up P & S Leigh Haulage Contracts having its principal place of business at 11 Harper Avenue, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 9DT, presented on 31 December 2004 by HM Commissioners of Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor NW, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice,at Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 16 February 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 15 February 2005.
