Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Langard Lifford Hall Limited, Lifford Hall, Lifford Lane, Kings Norton, Birmingham B30 3JN, on 25 February 2005, at 10.30 am and 10.40 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid down before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Resolutions: “That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator’s remuneration of £35,381.22 excluding value added tax be approved and that the Liquidator be given permission to destroy the Company records one year after the dissolution of the Company.” Proxies should be sent to the above address no later than 12.00 noon on 24 February 2005 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
