ALBION STREET, DULWICH VILLAGE, BRANDON STREET, CAMBERWELL GREEN, ROTHERHITHE TUBE, TEMERAIRE STREET, URLWIN STREET, FIELDING STREET, LYNTON ROAD, ADDINGTON SQUARE, AMBROSE STREET, SOUTHWARK PARK ROAD, ROSEBERRY STREET, ANCHOR STREET, BANK END, PORTLAND STREET, DERWENT GROVE, NORTH CROSS ROAD, CERISE ROAD, NORWAY GATE, FINLAND STREET, SWAN ROAD, LOWER ROAD, ROTHERHITHE NEW ROAD AND KENNING STREET
(SOLO MOTORCYCLES), TRAFFIC ORDER 2005/06

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Southwark proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other powers thereunto. 2. The general effect of this Order will be to introduce Solo Motorcycle Restrictions to the following roads: Albion Street, Dulwich Village, Brandon Street, Camberwell Green, Rotherhithe Tube, Temeraire Street, Urlwin Street, Fielding Street, Lynton Road, Addington Square, Ambrose Street, Southwark Park Road, Roseberry Street, Anchor Street, Bank End, Portland Street, Derwent Grove, North Cross Road, Cerise Road, Norway Gate, Finland Street, Swan Road, Lower Road, Rotherhithe New Road and Kenning Street. 3. Copies of the proposed Order, plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be inspected on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during normal office hours for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Southwark Regeneration and Environment Department, Council Offices, Chiltern House, Portland Street, London SE17 2ES. 4. Further information and a copy of the proposed Order may be obtained from Transport Group at the above address (telephone 020 7525 5556) within the 21 days. 5. Any person wishing to raise objections to the proposed Order should do so in writing to reach the undersigned at the above address to arrive no later than 12 noon on 28 February 2005.
