Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Valentine & Co., 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, on 15 September 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am, 10.30 am and 10.45 am, 11.00 am and 11.15 am, 11.30 am and 11.45 am, 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm, 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm, 2.30 pm and 2.45 pm, 3.00 pm and 3.15 pm, 3.30 pm and 3.45 pm and 4.00 pm and 4.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Please take notice that Resolutions proposed at the Final Meeting of Creditors may include a Resolution or Resolutions agreeing the level of the Liquidator or Liquidator’s remuneration. In accordance with Rule 4.186(b) and Rule 11.7(b) of the Insolvency Rules I confirm that no Dividend will be made in relation to the liquidation of any of the Companies.
