NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
COUPE FOUNDRY PENSION SCHEME
THE COUPE FOUNDRY PENSION SCHEME (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE COUPE FOUNDRY LIMITED PENSION SCHEME, THE WILLIAM COUPE (HIGHER WALTON) LIMITED PENSION SCHEME AND WILLIAM COUPE (HIGHER WALTON) LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME)
IN WIND UP

This notice is addressed to former employees of Coupe Foundry Limited (which went into administration on 7 April 2004, and is now known as CF Realisations Limited). It is also addressed to former employees of William Coupe (Higher Walton) Limited. The Coupe Foundry Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced wind up with effect from 19 April 2004. If you were an employee of the above Companies, and a Member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, a widower, child or dependent of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of the Coupe Foundry Pension Scheme, c/o Paul Kirk, Mercer HR Consulting, Clarendon Place, 23 Clarendon Road, Belfast BT1 3BG. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its Members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write (to be received by the Scheme Trustees) no later than 15 April 2005. After that date, the Scheme Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets amongst the beneficiaries of whom they are aware. If you are already receiving a pension or have received correspondence from the Scheme in recent months you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
