THE A102 GLA ROAD (HACKNEY) (RED ROUTE) (SIDE ROADS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005

1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 31 January 2005 it made this Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 4 February 2005. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order is to introduce altered Red Route stopping controls on the adjoining side roads along the A102 Urswick Road, the A102 Homerton High Street, the A102 Kenworthy Road and the A102 Wick Road between the A107 Lower Clapton Road and the A12 Eastway. The core times will operate from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8.00 am and 7.00 pm with particular lengths restricted at all times. 3. The roads affected by the Order are the adjoining side roads along the A102 Urswick Road, the A102 Homerton High Street, the A102 Kenworthy Road and the A102 Wick Road between the A107 Lower Clapton Road and the A12 Eastway in the London Borough of Hackney. 4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, Street Management, Statutory Functions, Traffic Orders, 84 Eccleston Square, London SW1V 1LP; and London Borough of Hackney, Traffic and Transport Department, First Floor Reception, Dorothy Hodgkin House, 12 Reading Lane, London E8 1HJ. 5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
