A proxy form is enclosed which, to enable a Creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Kroll, 5th Floor, Airedale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP, not later than 12.00 noon on 11 February 2005.
