NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONSENT TO DISCHARGE

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following applications have been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.
Wessex Water has applied for Consent to Discharge from Monkton Deverill Sewage Treatment Works at Monkton Deverill, Wiltshire. This new sewage treatment works located at the south of the village will improve the current treatment arrangements.

Details of the application are contained in the Register held by the Agency in its office at Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 8ST, and may be inspected, free of charge, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
