THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO ) (NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the The Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No ) Order 200 would be to further amend the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No 1) Order 2004 so that waiting by vehicles would be prohibited along sections of The Avenue, London N10, Dukes Avenue, London N10, Rosebery Road, London N10, Curzon Road, London N10, Methuen Park, London N10, Talbot Road, London N10, Coniston Road, London N10, Muswell Avenue, London N10, Wellfield Avenue, London N10, Grove Avenue, London N10 and Alexandra Park Road, London N10, Lansdowne Road. Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 2004. 3. Copy of the proposed Order and of the Council’s statement of reason for making the Order and a plan showing the location and effect of the Order may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal offices working hours at Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey, London N8. 4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, Room 112, Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey, London N8 9JJ, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published.
