THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED DRIVERS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (NO ) ORDER 200 
ELGIN AVENUE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Parking Place Order would be to: (a) shorten a certain residents’ parking place in Elgin Avenue to provide a disabled drivers’ personal permit parking place; (b) in respect of the residents’ parking places, the classes of vehicles for which it would be available, the hours during which it would operate and all the time limits during which the vehicles may be left in the parking places would remain unchanged. 3. The general effect of the Disabled Drivers’ Parking Place Order would be to provide a disabled person’s personal permit parking place in Elgin Avenue which would be available for the use of vehicles which display a Westminster disabled permit issued in respect of that parking place without charge or time limit. 4. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decide not to make the Orders. 5. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Westminster City Council’s Customer Services Department on 020 7641 1956. 6. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 10562000/DSB406/ORD 4030/RJJ until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
