At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at St Andrews House, 26 Brighton Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6RA, on 26 January 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Young, of Vantis Business Recovery, Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” B Hope, Chairman
