Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and a General Meeting of Creditors will be held, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings will be held at 6 St Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA, on 28 February 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at 6 St Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meetings.
