THE HILLINGDON (HILLINGDON CIRCUS) (STOP AND SHOP SCHEME) (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2005
LONG LANE/FREEZELAND WAY, HILLINGDON

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these Orders which will: (a) impose waiting restrictions on the length of road as set out in Schedule 1 to this notice; (b) amend the proposals for Parking Places in Long Lane, Hillingdon advertised on 19 November 2003 and 24 March 2004, by designating additional bays operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday, as set out in Schedule 2 below. Charges are as follows: Residents Permits—1st vehicle per household free of charge, all subsequent vehicles £40 per annum. Visitors vouchers £5—book of 10, (first book free per annum). Business Permits £480 per annum. Pay and Display—20p per 20 minutes. Copies of the proposed Orders together with a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposal can be seen at Oak Farm Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours for 21 days following the date on which this notice is published. P Bach, Director of Highways and Consumer Protection Schedule 1 Waiting prohibited at any time Freezeland Way, the eastern arm; (a) the islands between the eastbound and westbound carriageways, all sides, excluding that section which lies on the north-east side, from a point 17.1 metres south-east of the eastern kerbline of Long Lane, south-eastwards for a distance of 104.4 metres; (b) the northern north-west to south-east arm (eastbound carriageway),the north-east, east and south-east sides: (i) from the south-eastern kerbline of Long Lane, south eastwards for a distance of 16 metres; (ii) from a point 7 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of the southern access road to the Master Brewer Site, south-eastwards to a point 7 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of the southern access road to the Master Brewer Site; (iii) between a point 2.6 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of the northern north-east to south-west arm of Freezeland Way and a point 2.6 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of the northern north-east to south-west arm of Freezeland way; (iv) from a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Freezeland Way, south-westwards to a point in line with the north-eastern kerbline of Western Avenue slip road. Waiting prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday Freezeland Way, eastern arm: (a) the service road fronting Nos 15 to 34 Freezland Way, (i) the south-west side, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 33 and 34 Freezeland Way, north-westwards to a point 2 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos 15 and 16 Freezeland way; (ii) the north-east side, between a point opposite a point 0.8 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 19 and 20 Freezeland Way and a point 39.6 metres south-east of the said common boundary. (b) the central islands, the north-east side, from a point 17.1 metres south-east of the eastern kerbline of Long Lane, south-eastwards for a distance of 104.4 metres. (c) the northern north-west to south-east arm (eastbound carriageway), the north-east, east and south-east sides, (i) between a point 16 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Long Lane, and a point 7 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of the southern access road to the Master Brewer site; (ii) from a point 7 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of the southern access road to the Master Brewer Site, to a point 2.6 metres west of the north-western kerbline of the northern north-east to south-west arm of Freezeland Way; (iii) from a point 2.6 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of the northern north-east to south-west arm, Freezeland Way, to a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Freezeland Way. Schedule 2 Residents parking places in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid permit or voucher and in which motorcycles and vehicles displaying a disabled person’s badge may park without charge Freezeland Way, the eastern arm: (i) the south-west kerbline of the eastbound carriageway, from a distance 17.1 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Long Lane, south-eastwards for a distance of 104.4 metres. (ii) the service road fronting Nos 15-34 Freezeland Way, the north-east kerbline, from a point 0.8 metres north-west of the common boundary between Nos 19 and 20 Freezeland Way, south-east for a distance of 40.4 metres. Business parking places in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid business permit Freezeland Way, eastern arm, the northern-most north-west to south-east arm (eastbound carriageway), the north-east side, from a point 16 metres south-east of the south-east kerbline of Long Lane, for a distance of 85.8 metres. Pay and display parking places in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours for a maximum of 2 hours if it displays a valid ticket from a ticket parking machine Freezeland Way, eastern arm, the northern-most north-west to south-east arm (eastbound carriageway), the north-east and north sides, from a point 101.8 metres from the south-eastern kerbline of Long Lane, to a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Western Avenue slip road. 2 February 2005.
