MARWIN PRODUCTION SYSTEMS LIMITED PENSION AND ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the Scheme is winding-up the Scheme. Any former full-time or part-time employees of the Marwin Production Systems Limited group of Companies who may be entitled to benefits as a Member or beneficiary of the Scheme, are required to write to Rebecca Parkin at Aon Limited, Netherton House, 25 Marsh Street, Bristol BS1 4AQ, to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. Please note that notification is not required from Members who are already receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have been sent announcements by the independent Trustee, Hogg Robinson Trustees Limited or correspondence from Aon Limited. Claimants should write in within two months of the date of this notice, providing their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. In addition, if any person or persons other than Members or former Members of the Scheme have any other claim against or interest in the Scheme, they are required to write to Rebecca Parkin at the above address setting out particulars of such claim in writing within two months of the date of this notice. After that date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not as regards the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
