A Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of seeking the Creditors’ approval to obtain his release as Liquidator in the above matter. The Meeting will be held at Hurst Morrison Thomson Corporate Recovery LLP, 5 Fairmile, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2JR, on 2 March 2005, at 10.00 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 1 March 2005, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
