Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at No 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on 9 March 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the assets of the Company was disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. All entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at No 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, no later than 12.00 noon on 8 March 2005. A C Spicer, Liquidator 31 January 2005.
