Notice is hereby given that on 26 January 2005, the Minister for Economic Development and Transport, acting on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales made the above Order which will come into operation on 7 February 2005. The effect is as stated in notice 121 in The London Gazette No 57443 dated 20 October 2004.
