At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8-12 Priestgate, Peterborough PE1 1JA, on 27 January 2005, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Stuart Wolloff and David John Watchorn, of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton, 2 Axon, Commerce Road, Peterborough PE2 6LR, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” G Rose, Chairman
