Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, New House, Suite 24, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JY, on 4 March 2005, at 10.30 am, to have an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will be asked to approve the Liquidator’s fees of £4,000. A form of proxy for use at the Meeting, if desired, is available and should be lodged with the Liquidator not later than 12.00 noon of the business day before the Meeting.
