A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, determining whether or not the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the Act and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting. The Meeting will take place at the office of Sargent & Company Limited, 36 Clare Road, Halifax HX1 2HX, on 3 March 2005, at 3.00 pm.
