NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE MAYOR AND COMMONALTY AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF LONDON PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER (FOOTPATH LINKING LIME STREET WITH BILLITER STREET) 2005

The above Order, made on 25 January 2005, under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the public footpath linking Lime Street with Billiter Street as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen or requested, free of charge, at the offices of the Corporation of London, Guildhall, Basinghall Street, London EC2P 2EJ, from 9.15 am to 5.00 pm. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Town Clerk, Corporation of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, not later than 2 March 2005. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, the Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. 1 February 2005.
