A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of his acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. The Meeting will be held at The Meeting House, Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1YS, on Thursday 10 March 2005, at 10.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 9 March 2005 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
