Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Creditors and Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of HKM, The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE, on 28 February 2005, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator(s) showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator(s). Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
