BARCLAYS EUROPEAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND LP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 22 December 2004, Uberior Investments Plc has assigned and transferred its entire interest held by it as a Limited Partner in the Barclays European Infrastructure Fund LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP007825, to Uberior Infrastructure Investments Limited. Accordingly, as from that date, Uberior Investments Plc ceased to be a Limited Partner and Uberior Infrastructure Investments Limited became a Limited Partner in the Barclays European Infrastructure Fund LP.
