Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Risborough House, 38-40 Sycamore Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5DZ, on 14 January 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, allowing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act, 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Wilkins Kennedy, Risborough House, 38-40 Sycamore Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5DZ, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
