Notice is hereby given that Ian Franses, of Ian Franses Associates, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, was appointed Liquidator of the Company in its Members’ voluntary winding up on 7 December 2004. All Creditors who have not already done so are required to prove their debts to the Liquidator before 7 January 2005 and, if so required by notice in writing, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
