MAXIMUM METALS LIMITED(formerly Mander & Sons Limited)Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Church Steps House, Queensway, Halesowen B63 4AB, on 6 January 2005, at 3.30 pm, for the purpose mentioned in section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
