NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by William Lewis Ltd, Stuart Quarry, Penderyn, Mid Glamorgan CF44 9JY, for consent to discharge sewage effluent under emergency conditions to the tributary of the Afon Cynon at National Grid Ref SO 01087 02649 from Ty Draw Road, Plasdraw, Aberdare. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 18 January 2005, quoting Ref SE/CUST/SF/AN0377801.
