NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Walsall Golf Club, of Broadway, Walsall WS1 3EY, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary Licence Serial No 3/28/8/165/G/R to abstract water from Full Brook at Walsall Golf Club at Broadway, Walsall WS1 3EY. The variation being applied for is double the amount from 2,864 cubic metres per year to 5,728 cubic metres per year to provide sprinkler irrigation to Walsall Golf Course.
A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Walsall Golf Club between 2 December 2004 and 30 December 2004.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency before the end of the said period.
